Showcase Your Culinary Expertise
Operation Pumpkin is seeking food vendors that will provide patrons with a variety of unique food options to experience while enjoying the pumpkin festival in downtown Hamilton. Operation Pumpkin will selectively curate the event to ensure a a diverse selection of food.
Preference will be given to food vendors who are able to attend all 3 days of the festival (Oct. 10-12, 2025). However, space is provided on the application to note if you are only available for certain days.
Applications will be accepted until all food vendor spaces are filled.
All applicants will be notified once final vendor decisions are made. Please do not email or call prior to the announcement in early to mid-summer 2025. We thank you for your patience as we select from so many high quality vendors!
FEE STRUCTURE:
- Food prepared onsite:
- 10’x10’ space - $600
- 10’x20’ space - $1200
- Each additional 5' - $150
- Pre-packaged food / produce:
- 10’x10’ space - $300
- 10’x20’ space - $600
- Each additional 5' - $150
- Local brick & mortar businesses located within the City of Hamilton will receive $50 off a 10'x10' space or $100 off a 10'x20' (or larger) space.
- If applicable, please include the name and address of your Hamilton brick & mortar business in the "Anything Else You Want Us To Know?" section of the application.
If selected, payment is expected no later than 2 weeks after vendor receives notification. Instructions for how to submit payment, as well as vendor rules & regulations and festival logistics, will be sent via email to all selected vendors.
Insurance & License Requirement, and Additional Information:
- All selected food vendors, including pre-packaged food vendors, are required to carry their own insurance, naming Operation Pumpkin, Inc. as additional insured.
- All selected food vendors, including pre-packaged food vendors, are required to have a food license. Those who do not currently have a food license must apply for and obtain a temporary license from the City of Hamilton’s Health Department. Call the City's Health Department directly at (513) 785-7080.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs.
- Electric is available for a select number of food vendor spaces. If you will require electric, please complete the Electric section on the vendor application.
