All pets must be registered to participate

Please plan on arriving with your pet at the event no later than 11:00 AM to allow ample time for check in, costume judging and formation for the Pet Parade. Same Day Registration closes at 11:30 A.M. Judging will begin promptly at 11:40AM. Sorry, no late entries (after 11:30). Parade begins at noon.



Rules and Regulations for Pet Parade and Costume Contest

• Your pet’s safety is our main concern
• Pets should be comfortable in their designed costume, and should be able to move freely while in costume
• Please be sure your pet is fed and watered before the event
• All participants must be on leash under handlers control at all times
• Handlers must be at least 16 years of age
• Participants must be up to date on vaccinations (vaccination record may be requested)
• Participants must be free of parasites; internally and on skin and coat
• Participants must be friendly to other participants and humans
• Participants owners are responsible for waste cleanup (bags will be provided)
• Operation Pumpkin will not be responsible for any injuries sustained to bystanders, participants or participants owners due to misconduct or neglect
• Any dog who barks to excess may be asked to leave the contest with no refund
• Be prepared to keep your pet at ease and safe in any type of weather conditions
• No political or commercial promotions allowed
